Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of washerauthority.com and any services purchased from WasherAuthority ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We design and deliver a one-page pressure-washing website based on the package you purchase (Starter, Pro, or Authority). Specific deliverables, hosting terms, and revision rounds are described on the pricing section of our site at the time of purchase.
3. Turnaround Time
Our 48-hour delivery window begins after you submit a complete intake form (business details, brand assets, domain info, and any required content). Delays in providing information or responding to revision requests will extend delivery.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars. The website build fee is due in full at checkout. The required Site Care Plan is $29/month or $290/year. The first 30 days are included, then the selected plan renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. To cancel, text or email us before your next renewal date.
5. Refunds & Lead Guarantee
No refunds after 30 days. All sales are final 30 days after your purchase date.
30-day money-back lead guarantee. Within the first 30 days of your site going live, if your published website does not generate at least one inbound lead, we will refund the package fee you paid less payment-processing fees (card and payment-processing fees are non-recoverable on our end), provided you have:
- Submitted accurate and complete business information through the intake form;
- Used the site as your live business website at the domain we set up;
- Not removed, taken offline, or substantially altered the site we delivered; and
- Have WasherAuthority actively manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads driving qualified traffic to the site for the full guarantee window.
Hosting renewals, domain registration costs, third-party service fees, payment-processing fees, and ad spend are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to jordan@aeonmarketing.co before the 30-day window closes.
5a. Chargebacks & Ownership
The website we build is licensed to you upon successful, cleared payment. If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or otherwise reverse payment, your license is immediately terminated: we will deactivate the live site, revoke hosting, and you will not retain ownership of the design, code, or any assets we produced. We may pursue recovery of any fees and costs incurred. If you have a billing or service concern, contact jordan@aeonmarketing.co first and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
6. Revisions
Unlimited content edits are included while your Site Care Plan is active. New pages, new functionality, and full redesigns are outside content edits and may be quoted separately.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and content rights for any text, photos, or logos you submit.
- Maintain ownership of your domain name and provide DNS access when needed.
- Respond to revision requests and approvals in a timely manner.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final design, copy, and code delivered for your website. You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain the right to display the finished site in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Hosting & Third-Party Services
The required Site Care Plan costs $29/month or $290/year and keeps your site published. The first 30 days are included. It covers hosting, SSL certificate, domain registration, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, unlimited content edits, instant lead alerts by text and email, and support by text. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, the site is unpublished, but you keep your domain, your content, and your site code. Customers who purchased before this pricing change keep free hosting permanently and are not affected.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may decline or terminate service for violations.
11. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
Any references to potential revenue, leads, or business results are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual results depend on your market, pricing, service quality, marketing, and other factors outside our control. Past customer results do not guarantee future results.
12. Testimonials
Testimonials shown on our site are from real clients and reflect their individual experience. They are not representative of every customer.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WasherAuthority's total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WasherAuthority harmless from any claims arising from content you provide or your use of the delivered website.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any other dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized U.S. arbitration provider, seated in Travis County, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
